VibeFounders is operated by Webyourmind Limited, a company registered in Ireland, with registered address at Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Co. Dublin, Ireland. Webyourmind Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message.
• Free PDF and workshop pages: your name and email address, plus whether you opted in to occasional emails.
• AI Founder Scorecard: your email address and your quiz answers.
• Newsletter: your email address, your consent status and the page you signed up from.

We do not collect payment details on this site. Membership payments are handled by Skool and Stripe (see below).

• To deliver what you asked for (the PDF, your scorecard results, workshop materials): performance of a contract or steps you requested.
• To reply to your messages: legitimate interest in answering you.
• To send occasional marketing emails: your consent, given by ticking the opt-in checkbox. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and ticking the box is never required to get what you asked for.

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the site and the community:

• Resend sends our transactional and marketing emails.
• Skool hosts the VibeFounders community and membership billing.
• Stripe processes payments for Skool subscriptions.
• Google Tag Manager loads measurement and marketing tags, but only after you give consent through the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). No personal data is sent to third-party tags before consent.

We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Newsletter and form data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Scorecard answers are kept so we can send you your results and follow up, and are deleted on request.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@vibefounders.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribed members.
