VibeFounders is operated by Webyourmind Limited, a company registered in Ireland with registered address at Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Co. Dublin, Ireland. Contact: hello@vibefounders.ai.

VibeFounders is a paid membership community and programme built around the Smart Launch AI system. The membership costs $99 per month, billed through Skool. You can cancel any month, directly from your Skool account, with no calls, forms or notice period. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid month.

Founding members keep the price they joined at for as long as their membership stays active.

If you complete the 90-Day Build, do the work described in the programme, and have not shipped a working product by the end of it, we will refund your membership payments for those 90 days. To request a refund, email hello@vibefounders.ai within 14 days of completing the programme.

You agree not to:

• share your membership access or community content with non-members;
• scrape, copy or republish course materials, member posts or member data;
• use the community to spam, harass or pitch members unsolicited services;
• do anything unlawful or that interferes with the site or the community.

We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these rules, without refund for the current month.

All content on this site and inside the programme (text, frameworks, templates, videos) is owned by Webyourmind Limited. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. What you build with it is yours.

We provide the programme and community with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee business results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or the membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced to members by email.
